That’s today’s time. This, on the treadmill at the gym, where I can control the speed, and keep the pace constant, does not bode well for my hopes of completing next weekends run in less than 30. The new goal would be 30 - 35, which isn’t too bad, I guess.

Ultra Nate’s “Alchemy: GSM Reloaded” is, by the way, a very good workout cd, filled, as it is, with what I believe the young peoples refer to as Bangin’ Chaowns. Or something

Tomorrow: A trip to the dentist, followed by a mini 5k (whatever that is) outside. Up and down hills, on grass, through mud. And probably in the pouring rain.

Such a glutton. But I love it.

Will write later of what this week has been like. Loving my work. Work that some might consider distasteful, but which I like to call “Protecting the investors and customers of [big bank i work for]; even if it means dooming the investors and customers of [other financial enterprise whose demise i am awaiting like, say Hades might await the next soul…”
