Three trips to the gym have now gone unrecorded: Friday another 40 minutes split between sprinting on the treadmill, straining like a constipated elephant on the in-line skater, and madly spinning on the cycle.
Monday was 40-ish (nearer 45, but with a fair bit of hopping between the cross-trainer, rowing machine and treadmill).
And Tuesday (today) was 20 on the cycle, 15 on the in-line skater (which I swear is the hardest thing in the whole place - truly crippling) and 10 on the treadmill, 7 of which was spent sprinting.
Saturda morning’s weigh-in produced a marked drop from the previous week. Exact measurements weren’t kept for the start of the whole process, but the start weight was around 73.8kg. Saturday’s numbers were quite impressive: 71.8 kg (11stone 3). A big drop for the first week, which is sort of to be expected.
The plan is to get through the rest of this week on pure cardio / toning, then sort out a personal trainer to try to beef me up a bit. Well, that’s the plan…
