Yesterday’s Gym session consisted of

  • Rowing Machine - 5 minute sprint.
  • Cross Trainer - 20 minutes at a high enough level to get me to 80% max heartrate
  • Inline skater - 5 minutes sprint. Crippling.
  • Treadmill - 10 minute sprint at 11kmph.

Soundtrack: Madonna Mixshow by Victor Calderone (yes, I am gay!!)

Sweating like: Someone who’s getting back into the whole thing. IE not very much, actually, and settled down faster than the first two days.

Was able, this morning to wear the trousers that I put to one side two weeks ago, so it just goes to show how quickly (three days of hard work and a little less than  a week of watching what goes into my mouth) you can see results.

Today will be a no-gym day, ‘cos I’m off to lunch with a friend.
